All services are performed by independent local service providers or independent, licensed Maryland contractors. Customers contract directly with the service provider.
Providers are independent businesses or sole operators and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Frederick Service Pros.
Frederick Service Pros does not supervise, manage, or control how services are performed and does not guarantee pricing, timelines, or quality of work.
For services requiring a Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) license or other trade license, Frederick Service Pros acts solely as a referral platform.
Payments are made directly to the service provider unless otherwise stated.
To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, Frederick Service Pros shall not be liable for damages arising from services performed by independent providers.
